Dispelling Myths About the Frozen Aisle

With changing trends in food, Lean Cuisine and the frozen food category as a whole were in swift decline. More and more women were choosing fresh, natural meals rather than food from the frozen aisle. But Lean Cuisine actually had some really great news: 90 of the 120 varieties of Lean Cuisine were preservative-free. And many were low in fat, calories and high in fiber. My partners and I created The Book of Truth with the goal of dispelling the many myths surrounding Lean Cuisine and healthy eating.
